I had to swap sizes, and the exchange process was simple. Support got back to me fairly quickly too, so that part was fine. I was just a little disappointed that I had to deal with an exchange in the first place.

Returning my Snowverb item was easier than I expected. I filled out the return details, got the instructions right away, and sent it back without any confusing back-and-forth.
The refund showed up a few days after they received it, which felt normal to me. Support also replied quickly, and the tone was straightforward and helpful, not pushy or weird. Overall, it felt like a smooth, no-drama return.

I ordered from snowverb.com because it said shipping would only take a few days, but it ended up being over a week. Of course it arrived after I actually needed it, which was frustrating. The product itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the timing was just really bad and the wait was annoying.

I wore this over a hoodie and a base layer and it fit good. Didn’t get that weird bunching or tight feeling, at least with what I had on.

So, it did keep me dry for the most part, which is good. But I did notice a little bit of leaking around the seams after a while. Not a total fail or anything, just... I wouldn’t call it fully waterproof

Snowverb had some decent items and i did find a few things i liked. the selection just felt a little limited in certain categories. some sizes and colors were out too, which made it harder to pick. not a bad shop, i just wish there were more options before checking out.

I got my order from snowverb.com the color looked just like it did in the photos. I was a little nervous it might show up way brighter or duller, because once you order online you kind of feel trapped waiting to see what actually arrives. But it matched really well in person, so I’m happy with it. Easy 5 stars from me.

It was a fair price, I guess. I wouldn’t really call it a bargain, but it do the job enough for the money

I looked around on snowverb.com because I was assuming the prices might be a bit better, but from what I saw, a lot of it seemed about the same as other places, maybe even higher on some stuff. There were a couple items that looked okay, but nothing that really made me want to check out. Maybe I missed a sale or caught it at the wrong time, but for a discount-style site I expected a few more deals. Not awful, just didn’t feel that competitive price-wise.

It just didn’t live up to what I expected from the pictures. The sizing felt off, and the quality was only okay. I feel like I’ve had to explain this more than once, but it simply wasn’t as nice in person as it looked online

I used snowverb.com recently and, i don’t really get why anyone would make a big deal out of it. The site was easy enough to figure out, nothing weird or annoying popped up, and everything worked fine for me. I’m happy with how it went and I’d use it again.

I got these snow pants from snowverb.com, i’m impressed. I’ve been loyal to another brand for years, so I wasn’t totally sure if I’d like these, but they’re really comfortable to wear all day. They don’t feel stiff or bulky, and I can move around easily in them. I’m still attached to my old go-to brand, but these definitely made me reconsider a bit.

I found what I needed super fast. this site is definitely one of the easiest I’ve ever used, no question.

I ordered from snowverb.com and followed their size guide carefully... even checked the chart twice before buying. Somehow the jacket still showed up feeling too tight in the arms and across the chest, so that was frustrating.
The whole reason I used the size guide was to avoid guessing, you know? Now I’ve got to deal with the return process, which is just annoying. I definitely wouldn’t rely on their sizing again
